You have 100 prompts in front of you. They are meant as starting points — not final truths. Copy them, adapt them, and make them your own.
This guide was originally presented at PMI SeminarWorld Copenhagen on April 15, 2026. It works with Copilot M365, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and LeChat — with or without a Copilot license.
> 📥 The full guide is available as a PDF. Download it at the top of the page — all 100 prompts are ready to copy-paste.
Do You Have a Copilot M365 License?
All 100 prompts work for you. Plus you get 8 Copilot-specific prompts (no. 83–90) that leverage Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint directly. Build a Copilot Agent with prompts 89–90 and save your best prompts there.
Using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or LeChat?
92 of 100 prompts work directly in all tools. They're written so you can copy-paste them regardless of platform. Create a Project (ChatGPT/Claude), a Gem (Gemini), or an Agent (LeChat) and save your project-specific files inside.
Context Engineering: What Makes the Difference
A prompt without context gives a generic answer. A prompt with context gives an answer tailored to YOUR project. It's not rocket science. Three things make it work:
1. Give the AI a role. 'You are an experienced project manager in a Danish bank' gives better answers than nothing.
2. Upload documents. Your project plan, risk register, or context. The more the AI knows, the better it responds.
3. Be specific about format. 'Format as a table' or 'Keep it under 200 words' gives output you can use directly.
Meta-Prompting: Let the AI Write Your Prompts
100 prompts is a lot. But your specific situations are unique. Instead of searching for the right prompt, you can ask the AI to write it for you:
> "I'm a project manager for [project]. I need help with [task]. Write the perfect prompt I can use to get the best result. Include role, context, task, format, and constraints."
See prompts 97–99 in the PDF for advanced meta-prompting techniques.
Quick Tip: Shift + Enter
When you press Enter in the chat window, most tools send your message immediately. Press Shift + Enter instead — you'll get a line break and can finish your full prompt before sending. Significantly better results.
Save Your Work in Separate "Projects"
Copilot or LeChat → Agents | ChatGPT → Projects | Claude → Projects | Gemini → Gems
Create a project and save all your work for specific projects in separate "projects" or "agents." That way the AI remembers your context every time.
